Terms & Conditions

• A one-time $15 enrollment fee is required when joining the membership program. If membership is canceled, the enrollment fee will be charged again upon re-enrollment.

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and not be shared.

• Membership includes one massage session per month of the selected duration.

• Each membership session must be used in a single visit and cannot be split between multiple appointments.

• Membership credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

• Additional massage sessions listed in a membership plan within the same month receive $20 off regular pricing.

• Add-on services may be added to any session and will be charged separately at checkout.

• Any Massages with Pao will cost $10 extra per session at checkout.

• Standard cancellation and rescheduling policy applies. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the membership session.

• Membership fees are billed automatically on a monthly basis.

• Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the next billing date may be processed for the following billing cycle.

• Gratuity is not included in membership pricing. Gratuities are always appreciated and are typically based on the regular service price.
