POLICY
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. No charges are made at the time of booking. However, fees may apply for late cancellations, late rescheduling, or no-shows in accordance with the policies below.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, complete any necessary forms, and prepare for your session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect the scheduled appointments of other clients. Full session fees will still apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Same-day appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes made within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

The credit card on file may be charged automatically for applicable fees.
Late Arrival Policy

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to ensure fairness to all clients and maintain our schedule.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
No-Show Policy

Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions or denial of future booking privileges.
Courtesy Consideration
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you experience illness, an emergency, or an unavoidable conflict, please notify us as soon as possible. Fee waivers may be granted at management’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Therapist Preference Policy

We will make every effort to accommodate therapist requests and preferences.

If your preferred therapist becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly offer an alternative therapist or assist with rescheduling.
Refund Policy

All completed massage services are non-refundable.

If you have any concerns during your session, please communicate them immediately so adjustments can be made to pressure, techniques, or treatment focus. Sessions that have exceeded 15 minutes of treatment time are considered rendered and are not eligible for a refund. Full session fees will apply.

Massage packages become non-refundable once any portion has been used.

Unused packages may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less the value of any services already redeemed at regular rates.

All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.
Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Gift certificates may be applied toward any eligible massage service of equal or greater value.

If the service price exceeds the gift certificate value, the remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in for redemption.

Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or unauthorized gift certificates cannot be replaced.

Gift certificates are valid until the expiration date stated on the certificate, if applicable.

Standard booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies apply to appointments booked with gift certificates.

Gift certificates may not be combined with promotions, discounts, memberships, packages, or other special offers unless otherwise specified.

One gift certificate may be redeemed per appointment unless approved in advance by management.
Membership & Package Policy

Memberships and massage packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual purchaser.

Membership benefits, discounts, and package pricing have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Package sessions and membership appointments remain subject to all booking, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies.

Unused memberships and packages are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Package sessions expire according to the validity period stated at the time of purchase.
Health Information Policy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, including medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and any changes in health.

Failure to disclose relevant health information may limit our ability to provide safe and effective treatment.

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment when massage therapy may not be appropriate or safe.
Professional Conduct Policy

All massage services provided at Enlightened Thai Advanced Therapeutic Massage are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.

Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, advances, requests, harassment, or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full scheduled service fee will be charged, and future services may be refused.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate conduct toward our therapists and staff.
Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when massage therapy is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, outside our scope of practice, or not in the client's best interest.

Service may also be refused if a client appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, has a contagious condition, exhibits abusive behavior, or otherwise creates an unsafe environment for staff or other clients.
Minor
Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present in the treatment room for the duration of the session.
Gratuities
Our therapists are highly trained professionals specializing in Advanced Therapeutic Massage. Gratuities are appreciated. Cash or Venmo is preferred. A customary gratuity is 20–30% of the regular service price, including memberships, packages and discounted offers.
